Joseph Vozenilek was born November 13, 1922, in Oxford Mills, Iowa,
son of Frank and Mary Vozenilek. He married Doris Croce in 1968 in
Sabula, Iowa. She preceded him in death on June 14, 2009.
He served in the U.S. Army.
He worked in the foundry at Clinton Engines in Maquoketa for 23 years.
He was a past member of Timber City American Legion Post #75 &
O'Connor-Regenwether VFW Post #3633 of Maquoketa and
Andrew AMVETS Post #62.
He is survived by four step-children and several step-grandchildren and
step-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, and six brothers and sisters.

at Crestridge Nursing Home in Maquoketa.
